How To Setup An Account For Fossil Products?
There are two ways of registering. Online or at one of our preseason in-person registrations. The time, date, and location of their in-person registrations will be posted to their calendar.
All registration is entered through this website. Fossil store will ask that if you are going to attend one of the in-store registrations you set up your account first.
To start your account click on the Register icon on the home page.
- Enter your information and your players’ information.
- Select the available division for your player.
- Answer a few questions
- Go to Cart for checkout.
If you are paying by credit card you can complete your registration.
If you are paying by cash or check, once you get to the Registration Summary page, click on Back to My Account in the top left corner of your screen.
This will allow you to bring your payment to one of the in-store events and not have to go through the registration process once you get there. If you decide not to register fossil can cancel your order.
If you are new to FCLL they will need to see your players’ birth certificates just to verify your player’s ages. There is no need to keep a copy. Once your player is in our system it is kept on file for future seasons.
Every season company needs a current Medical Release form for each player. This form is included as an attachment in your confirmation email that you receive after finalizing your registration online.

Fossil Watch Warranty
Your watch is warranted for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase under the terms and conditions of the warranty.
This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects, the watch movement, hands, and dial only. A printed copy of the receipt is required for warranty repairs.
The covered components will be repaired for free or the watch will be replaced if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.
In case of replacement, the company cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and a similar style will be provided.
This warranty does not cover:
- Any defect in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear, and tear, or aging.
- Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water resistance levels (as marked on the product) were not followed.
- Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty is void if the serial number or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered, or obliterated.

How To Register My Product In Fossil?
You will need to have an online Fossil.com account and be logged in to register your product.
You can find the item numbers (skus) for the following products in the locations listed:
- Watches – located on the back of the watch (i.e. ES1234)
- Bags – located on the price tag from purchase (i.e. ZB7482994)
- Sunglasses – printed inside arm (i.e. FOS2012S0R5GP)
Note, Fossil does not require registration of your products for warranty purposes; the warranty on your product automatically activates from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer.
